Lesley Glenner is on a mission to bring more peace to the world through whole relationships—with ourselves and others.

championing wholeness

An aligned life is one where you can express your full humanity—with yourself and within the relationships that shape your life. In our work together, we bring forward your full, whole, messy, beautiful, searching, learning, awakening, authentic self.

A seer of
the unseen

I’ve always been enchanted by the power of relationships. As a child, I learned to read the subtleties, the nuance, the unspoken dynamics—initially to help me navigate my own relationship woes. This deep curiosity and intuition continue to drive my work today.

empathy meets honesty

Sugar-coating the truth never helped anyone. That said, love – and life – can be pretty tough sometimes. That’s why honesty and compassion are the foundation of everything we do together.

traveler

Nurturing intentional relationships with others (and ourselves) means we are always learning and growing. That’s why I’m committed to not just teaching this work, but actually doing it myself. I walk with you not just as a guide, but as a fellow traveler.

Meet Lesley

Guided by expertise, inspired by lived experience.

Understanding, trust, security, passion – these are just a few of the things that make our relationships, and our lives, whole. But if you’re like most people, relationship roadblocks like miscommunication, old wounds, and harmful habits may be preventing you from repairing what has ruptured.

While I may be a relationship expert today, my early partnerships looked very different. I deployed all the worst relationship habits you can think of – from ghosting to emotional evasiveness. It was only after getting really honest with myself (and working with a therapeutic coach myself) that I learned how to “do” relationships well. And if the world’s most defensive tough girl can learn, so can you.

“Your task is not to seek for love, but merely to seek and find all the barriers within yourself that you have built against it.”

Rumi

For me, the shift began when I realized I craved more meaning in my life. As humans, it’s in our nature to seek wholeness—a feeling of harmony and alignment with our true purpose. And while embracing wholeness is a deeply personal journey, it is only possible through our relationships with others.

Relationships shape us, define us, impact us, transform us.

And sometimes, relationships can also leave us feeling incomplete. It’s only natural to guard ourselves against pain, but wholeness asks you to be vulnerable.

Now, after 12 years of working with couples - (formerly) as a registered psychotherapist and now as a relationship guide-  I’ve witnessed firsthand how easy it is for avoidable roadblocks to erode our relationships and well-being. But I have also witnessed the incredible resilience of the human spirit, and the power of love and honesty to heal even the deepest wounds.

Through our work together, I give you the guidance to repair your relationship and the tools to make it last. Embrace the guidance to heal old wounds. Embrace the skills to communicate compassionately. Embrace the practice of nurturing relationships. Embrace wholeness.

Wholeness is a journey – let’s walk it together for a while.
